Refunds & cancellations

This policy covers brand and portal billing questions for Mendoxa. Checkout screens in the patient portal control the final terms for a specific order.

Clinical visit / consultation fees

Fees for clinician review are generally non-refundable once a LocumTele-network clinician has opened or completed review of your intake. If you are found ineligible before clinical review begins, we will follow the portal’s prepaid handling rules.

Medications

Medication charges are processed in connection with Rush Pharmacy fulfillment. Once a prescription is prepared or shipped, refunds are limited and follow pharmacy and carrier rules (including unopened-return constraints where applicable).

Cancellations

You may cancel a pending request before clinician review through the portal when that option is available. After review or dispense, cancellation options narrow.
